At FirstWest Benefit Solutions, we believe in the team approach to servicing our clients. Every client is assigned two Consultants and a Customer Service Representative. We want to make sure you can always reach someone that knows you when you need us. In addition, all of our staff is on salary and are not just interested in talking only to those that can pay large commissions. Our yardstick for success is not just about bringing in new customers, but in making sure our clients are satisfied with the service we provide. Many of our clients have been with us for years, and our goal is to continue meeting and exceeding their expectations. As part of our ongoing service, we provide all of our clients with annual enrollment guides, new hire enrollment kits, and online enrollment capabilities.
